Chemfusion Chemicals is equipped with the state of the art laboratory to ensure proper testing of materials coming in and out of the factory.
1. Raw material Testing Procedure
Any raw materials coming into the plant are first tested to ensure they meet our specification. Only approved materials are used for production.
2. Regular Production Testing Procedure
Samples are drawn at regular intervals from the plant to ensure they meet the required specification. If any deviations are found then the material is marked and kept separately. Detailed written records all the testing is maintained. Multiple samples are tested each day.
3. Dispatch Testing Procedure
Random samples are drawn before dispatch. Only if material is found to be within specification it is approved for dispatch.
4. The Team
Full-time qualified and experienced chemists are employed to ensure proper testing at regular intervals.
